You may give your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data within the following scopes.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698, as previously shared with me by Voyag Tourism, Hotel Management and Construction Industry and Trade Inc. and MRA Tourism and Hotel Management Inc., "Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data within the Scope of the Maxx Royal Members Loyalty Programme" and in relation to the processes to which I give my consent below, I hereby give my consent to the processing and/or transfer of my personal data by the Company in their capacity as Data Controllers.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time and without giving any reason, thereby bringing an end to personal data processing activities based on such consent.

Customer Transaction Data

I give my explicit consent to the processing of my Customer Transaction Data (accommodation habits, preferred hotels, survey results) for the purposes of developing services, measuring customer satisfaction, analysing user preferences and interests, and planning and carrying out marketing activities by providing personalised content, offers and campaigns.

Commercial Electronic Communications

I consent to the processing of my contact details (email address, telephone number) by Voyag Tourism, Hotel Management and Construction Industry Trade Inc. and MRA Tourism and Hotel Management Inc. for the purposes of establishing commercial communication and conducting communication processes in the context of advertising, campaigns, surveys, notifications and marketing activities relating to the brands and businesses they operate.
